Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
At BingeAlert, we strive to provide you with the best possible service. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is appropriate.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Within 14 Days: If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal, we will issue a full refund.
- Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for a significant period (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your subscription period, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportionate to the downtime.
- Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged or double-billed, we will refund the incorrect charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- After the 14-day refund period has expired
- If you have violated our Terms of Service
- For temporary service disruptions due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
- If you simply change your mind after the 14-day period
- For partial months of service after cancellation (we do not prorate refunds)
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at refunds@bingealerts.com with the following information:
- Your name and email address associated with your account
- Date of purchase/subscription
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant information or transaction receipts
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription will prevent future billing but will not automatically trigger a refund. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your BingeAlert account
- Go to Subscription Settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
5. Changes to this Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
